Barcelona star Lionel Messi has reaffirmed his commitment to sportswear manufacturer Adidas, the player has confirmed via Facebook.
It is not the contract that the Camp Nou side would have wanted him to sign, given that he is still locked in negotiations of a new deal with Luis Enrique's side, with whom his contract expires in June 2018.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner said that he is "happy to continue working with adidas for many more years!"
