Accordance to the National Chairman of the Association, Togbe Alowornu Adenyo, our traditional ancestors who fought and toiled for Ghana's independent has no day for commemoration.
He explained that, Ghana has 3 religions namely, Christianity, Islamic and Traditional religion but only two are recognized and has public holidays e.g Christmas and sallah.
Psychic and Traditional Healers are the spiritual foundation of every country which play a major role in Ghana's development.
They made this disclosure during the inaugural ceremony of their national executives at Nsawam yesterday.
Mr. Adenyo stressed that, our beloved country (Ghana) is going through Economic difficulties, disasters and unpresidented accidents because, the previous government has rejected traditionalists.
The Chairman Togbe Alowornu has therefore appealed to H.E Nana Akuffo Addo to put appreciate measures in place to grant them traditional public holiday and allow them to pour libation during government events as Christians and Muslims do.
