                                    NURSES
The Nurses of Awutu Adawukwa  clinic in the Awutu Senya West District of Central region  fetch water from a long distance to facilitate activities of the clinic at the area.

Opanyin Darko in an interview with the Assembly man for Adawukwa--Osae krodua Electoral area Hon. Daniel Kofi Bakah narrated the difficulties their nurses are going through at the area since access to portable water has become a vital problem for so many years.

Water has become a major problem at Awutu Adawukwa for the past 25years but the most important and critical Area is the health center where water is not available, he said.

On the other hand, patients and pregnant women who attend   the clinic to receive treatment also disclosed  that, they go through severe pain, discomfort and suffering  whenever  they wait for nurses  to walk a long distance to fetch water before attending to them.

Hon. Daniel Kofi Bakah has therefore appealed to the Government, NGOs and individuals to support the clinic with borehole and polytanks  to be able to save the lives at the area.
