The entire royal family and the indigence of Ntonso traditional area in Kwabre East district ,Ashanti region has kicked against unconstitutional court injunction to be issued by the Nsuta Circuit Court judge Her Lordship Lydia Osei Marfo to impose on their stool lands ,in which it will restrain them from doing any thing on the land.The plaintiff Mr. Yaw Baffour Gyemah want the court to give him interlocutory injunction against Ntonso Royal family stool lands.
According to the aggrieve chief, land commission Secretariat intervened and tried to stop the first appellate from developing the land because it was NTONSO stool. Mr. Yaw Baffour disrespect the commission and claimed the ownership of the land and sent to Nsuta Circuit court to order injunction from development of land. Meanwhile on 17th December 1998 the case was settled at Court Of Appeal presided over by his Lordship Justice Georgina Wood and ruled the case in favour of NTONSO chiefs but Yaw Baffour Gyemah sneaked to Nsuta circuit court judge to give him injunction over the said land.
They therefore urged the judge to desist from his diabolic ways or else they would hit the street of NTONSO against her because she put court into disrepute
